        3.4. Reminder to book an appointment<\/b><\/p>

        When booking an appointment through the appointment booking system, the Client may request a reminder. Reminders will be sent 24-48 hours before the booked appointment, if the Customer has provided a telephone number, by SMS, if an email address, by email, and if both, via both channels. Appointments can be booked without requesting a reminder, in which case no contact details are required.<\/span><\/p>

        Pursuant to Article 6 of Act XLVIII of 2008 on the Basic Conditions and Certain Restrictions of Economic Advertising Activity, the Data Subject may expressly consent in advance to being contacted by the Data Controller with advertising offers and other mailings at the contact details provided at the time of registration. The Data Controller shall not send unsolicited commercial communications and the Data Subject may unsubscribe from receiving such offers without restriction. In this case, the Data Controller will delete all personal data necessary for the sending of advertising messages from its records and will not contact the Data Subject with further advertising offers. The data subject may unsubscribe from advertising by clicking on the link in the message.<\/span><\/p>

        The Client has the possibility to voluntarily fill in and send to the Service Provider in advance by e-mail the Health Assessment Form before, during and after the use of the BEMER machine, which will help the Service Provider to provide a more personalised and efficient service in order to assist the Service Provider in its work and preparation.<\/span>.<\/b><\/p>

                        The Data Controller respects the provisions on the security of personal data, so both the Data Controller and the authorised data processor shall take all technical and organisational measures and establish the procedural rules necessary to enforce the rules of the Info Law and the GDPR on confidentiality and security of data processing.<\/span><\/p>

                        The Data Controller shall take appropriate measures to protect the data processed by it against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, transmission, disclosure, deletion or destruction, as well as against accidental destruction or damage.<\/span><\/p>

                          <\/span>- the data subject withdraws the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing;<\/span>
                          <\/span>- the data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;<\/span>

                          <\/span>- the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject;<\/span>

                          Right to restriction of processing:\u00a0<\/b>At the request of the data subject, the Data Controller shall restrict processing if one of the following conditions is met:<\/span>
                          <\/span>- the data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the restriction applies for a period of time which allows the accuracy of the personal data to be verified;<\/span>
                          <\/span>- the data processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the data and requests instead the restriction of their use;<\/span>
                          <\/span>- the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but the data subject requires them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or<\/span>
                          <\/span>- the data subject has objected to the processing; in this case, the restriction applies for the period until it is established whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.<\/span><\/p>

                          Where processing is restricted, personal data, other than storage, may be processed only with the consent of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or of an important public interest of the Union or of a Member State. The Controller shall inform the data subject in advance of the lifting of the restriction on processing.<\/span><\/p>

                          Right to data retention:<\/b>\u00a0The data subject shall have the right to obtain the personal data concerning him or her which he or she has provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit such data to another controller.<\/span><\/p>

                          Right to object:<\/b>\u00a0The data subject shall have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to processing of his or her personal data necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller, or necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, including profiling based on those provisions. In the event of an objection, the controller may no longer process the personal data, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for doing so which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her for such purposes, including profiling, where it is related to direct marketing. In the event of an objection to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, the data shall not be processed for those purposes.<\/span><\/p>

                          Automated decision-making on individual cases, including profiling:<\/b>\u00a0The data subject shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her.<\/span><\/p>

                          The above right shall not apply where the processing is<\/span>
                          <\/span>- necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between the data subject and the controller;<\/span>
                          <\/span>- is permitted by Union or Member State law applicable to the controller which also lays down appropriate measures to protect the rights and freedoms and legitimate interests of the data subject; or<\/span>
                          <\/span>- is based on the explicit consent of the data subject.<\/span><\/p>

                          Right of withdrawal:\u00a0<\/b>The data subject has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.<\/span><\/p>

                          Without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request, the controller shall inform the data subject of the action taken on the request pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR. Where necessary, taking into account the complexity of the request and the number of requests, this period may be extended by a further two months.<\/span><\/p>

                          The controller shall inform the data subject of the extension of the time limit within one month of receipt of the request, stating the reasons for the delay. Where the data subject has made the request by electronic means, the information shall be provided by electronic means, unless the data subject requests otherwise.<\/span><\/p>

                          If the controller fails to act on the data subject's request, the controller shall inform the data subject without delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request of the reasons for the failure to act and of the possibility for the data subject to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and to exercise his or her right of judicial remedy.<\/span><\/p>

                          The Data Controller shall provide the requested information and data free of charge.
